First post on Bluesky and I'd like to introduce myself. I'm a 61 year-old happily single male, introvert and a recluse. My main passions are progressive politics and vegan cooking. I identify myself as an amateur writer but I seem to spend more time researching than actually writing (nonfiction).

I dabble a bit in photography and acrylic expressionist painting. I'm on a 40-year journey to heal from trauma, addiction and MDD and doing incredibly well lately. I used to be an avid book reader and am only now getting back into it.
