Make your meals/snacks smaller. If you eat a lot at one time, you’ll definitely be more prone to nausea. My hubs had to restrict his “bored eating” habit. His A1C is great and he’s down about 15 lbs since he started the GLP1 therapy.
I try to keep answers to questions one word. If they’re telling me a story I respond “Hmm”. I will guide the massage if the pressure is too much or I want a specific area worked more, but I’m definitely not encouraging a dialogue of any kind.

Um, this is definitely inaccurate. I have supportive parents that also punished me for things I didn’t understand. They were upfront with punishments, but they also wanted us to not need the punishments. Is this that rare?
