Esfoliar de vez em quando essa região (1x na semana no máximo) e lavar com sabonete de enxofre deve ajudar (lavar uns 3 dias seguidos e depois só sabonete normal e hidratante, pq enxofre resseca a pele se usar de mais). Isso vale pra outras áreas do corpo se precisar!
