If true, that would be a bummer. EVs do seem to require less maintenance hours/mile, so that is good.
Mostly working, but more time on the bird site lately. Still not enough econ folk over here to keep me from there.

hmmm, when density is built next to train/brt stations, it helps with using public transit. Parks are usually not located there and modern buildings are fairly sound proof if built well. In Madison, I advocated for converting a golf course to parks with 10 story apartments.
