Additional renderings have been revealed for Utopia Living, a two-skyscraper residential complex at 71-12 Park Avenue in Kew Gardens Hills, Queens.
The irony is that the emissions from cars idling in front of the school will do more to damage their child's physical and mental development than anything to do with the school itself. (something I'll loudly bring up when I'm on the PTA or CEC....)

I think it would get regular commuter traffic from Newburgh and Kingston, and be absolutely mobbed on summer and fall weekends
So much talk about the mayor’s (admittedly epic) personal failings, and almost nothing about the state and county Democratic Party that stood behind him and enabled him through the rise of his career. Wonder why?
That $10 mil was NYC taxpayer money. At the bare minimum, we need that back.
