These types of stores are intentionally located in neighborhoods where there are limited choices for food.

So what is the actual *consequence*? Now that the company has demonstrated not only negligence, but overt malice, the company must be on the hook for lifetime blood monitoring for anyone who bought or consumed the company's contaminated products.
