DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) — Iowa now bans most abortions after about six weeks, before many women know they’re pregnant.
NBC News is reporting that this Iowa abortion ban will force many women to go to Illinois for healthcare. But they're not making clear that these bans kill and injure women. Why are they being so coy? Is this a class thing, because generally only lower-income women can't afford to go out of state?
