I'd recommend some music, but I can tell we have clearly different tastes in music lol So I'll say: listening to a podcast is great too! I've been listening to The Magnus Archives while drawing lately. It's neat to just have a throwaway spoopy story in your ears, even if most are cheesy 🧀

doubt it counts as a podcast but if it isn't music i'm usually listening to a full stream of vinny/joel (vinesauce) or simpleflips lmao they're my top three streamers and i just love listening to *them* in general, honestly listening to horror stuff wouldn't be too bad, though; i'll try it out!
