Bluesky is part of the fediverse, but not really. It’s kinda proprietary. You can’t interact with Mastodon yet, because the two services communicate with different languages. Sure you can run your own servers, but they can only talk with other bsky servers. And AT Protocol is not blockchain.

Just talking out of my ass but you’d almost certainly want overhead traction, with the control panel in the machine room. Usually hydraulic elevators are installed in cost-sensitive low-rise applications. Downside is all the gear is at ground level.
