And yeah, I'm glad you said this... I used to use it a lot in my early webdev days 15-20 years ago, and even ignoring the (presumed) hires layout bugs it really does seem so much worse now. How?! bsky.app/profile/kati...

I just installed it on Windows and the current UI is so profoundly broken OOtB that I searched bsky just for commiserators. How do you make the icons so tiny (bad hires handling?) and smushed and STILL need a (low-contrast) horizontal scrollbar for the tool panel even in a maximized window? Criminy.

UI screenshot of a "fresh" GIMP install showing the ridiculously tiny icons and the fact that the main toolbar overflows and needs a horizontal toolbar (this problem still exists if you maximize the window).

Don't know if this is accurate analysis or a parody of football terms so I'm liking it anyway just to cover my bases (that's a chemistry term, I think)

"See colon program" describes a lot of things you post, I'm surprised they can't find it.

Not a lawyer, but: THE LEADERS OF A CORPORATION ALREADY HAVE FREEDOM OF SPEECH/RELIGION/ETC PROTECTIONS. SAYING THE CORPORATION ALSO HAS THEM BECAUSE OF ITS LEADERS' PRINCIPLES GIVES THOSE INDIVIDUALS MORE PROTECTION THAN THE REST OF US AND THUS IS A CLEAR VIOLATION OF THE FOURTEENTH AMENDMENT.

Probably three minutes, depending on how much mustard I drop on my lap. Ninety seconds if I see someone waiting for my parking spot. ๐Ÿค’ (that's the closest emoji I could find to "eating a hot dog")
