I have been experiencing "๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฑ๐๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐๐ถ๐๐ ๐ข๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐น๐ผ๐ฎ๐ฑ" for +3 years. ๐ At least it is how I call it. There is some up. ๐ And there is some down. ๐ Some weeks, I worked over 60 hours. Others, I worked less than 25 hours. Who cares? ๐งต
