With #Seattle#heatadvisory for the next few days, I’ve relocated “Pig Paradise” into the only room in the house with AC. The basement would also suffice, but the guinea pigs get sad down there, all alone, with little daylight.

Two white guinea pigs explore the bottom right corner of a 3.5 x 8 foot fenced pen. They have a variety of little plastic, wood and basketweave houses to hide in, a soft fleece floor in cheerful patterns, and multiple fleeces draped from the fence to the hidey-houses, giving them more places to shelter under. To the upper left stands an AC unit with a tube extending up to exhaust out of the window.
