I dug through my messages on Twitter I didn't bothered responding (some of them being suspicious and all that). There are many fitting your description. But one of them was a bit surprising to me, because somebody was making shootouts for them, visibly not caring if this is a scam or not.

A lot of times the people doing shot-outs are part of the scammer scheme too
