I've read more than most should about ballistic missile defence and the info re implemented ICBM penaids is non-existent. There's theoretical stuff, e.g. preventing mid-course intercept with mylar decoys and warhead shrouding or creating radar-blackout with terminal-phase EMP, but nothing real.
