From what I have seen a few say is that hashtags work on here! So I have been using them. Trying to get use to it again lol

For the most part - this site has no algorithm! You make your own experience by following feeds and looking through starter packs and such! I highly reccomend the vTubers Fightclub feed for everything 'tuber if you just wanna browse! 8D Welcome in to Bluer Skies!~
