Finally reading the D&D 2024 Player’s Handbook. I like this illustration, which I find a bit genius. The displacer beast taking up four squares! The adventurers each taking up a single square! Lovely! Now if only they had actually accompanied this with a gridded combat diagram…

On the contrary is something I don’t like…the description of sharks as “savage predators” on page 39. No! Sharks might be predators, but calling them “savage” (I don’t like this word) when they’re just minding their own business and doing instinctual fish things ain’t right!

I would have never noticed this. Amazing catch!
