Oengus is a free tool to manage your speedrunning marathons from submissions to schedule, available as a hosted service.
Outside of events we're keen to connect with folks who want to help for future projects, whether its designers, musicians, writers, programmers, or anyone else who has something they'd like to help us with. We're always available for a chat in our Discord: discord.gg/YTphvJfAUK
Social media volunteers help us come up with catchy and fun posts to attract audiences and promote our runners. They also grab clips of awesome moments throughout the marathon to help us share the fun of them long after the event is over. www.youtube.com/playlist?lis...

Tech checkers are essential for ensuring runners are prepared ahead of time, solving any potential issues before the marathon has started, and allowing for speedy intermissions once the event is underway. They also allow Staff to focus on other event prep. www.pixelperfect.events/tech-checks-...
Tech volunteers are vital for keeping a marathon running and deserve the praise they receive for putting up with being the first person called upon when something goes wrong! Our robust tech system gives our volunteers simple but comprehensive control: www.pixelperfect.events/tech-guide
Hosts are vital for keeping a marathon flowing and with that in mind, we want our hosts to have a bit more control over how they work than the typical marathon might offer. Hosts control scene switching so we go live with a run when they say so: www.pixelperfect.events/host-guide
