…and as the OP indicates, Disney is really not happy at all with the use of AI/IA applications to produce “sellable” media of its Disney property assets, be it PG or X. Disney legal is indeed something AI app devs and its prompter users shouldn’t poke… but they keep doing it.¯\_(ツ)_/¯
With the exception of the photo painting of uncle Walt, yes, it is an AI prompt generation. Having talked to people involved, Disney has not been too keen on fully deploying AI on its properties yet(wanna blow a text diddler brains?, tell them to give you a turnaround of an established character).
They dabbled in the evil prompts already... they were quickly chastised for it (Official Disney Thanksgiving AI "art", 202?):
“We are in the lobby!”. “I am at home” (Forgot to tell some people I am not going). Wish somebody would post a pic of the dealer’s den.
