Somewhat worrying to see two of the candidates for conservative party leader going much more right - Jenrick & baddenoch. I disagree strongly with leaving echr, but at least Jenrick tries to present an argument. badenoch is just well scary. But neither are brining cons back to the centre right

Totally agree with you. cancelling/downgrading should be as easy as buying/upgrading -- albeit within the rules of the contract in terms of duration etc. I've used companies where you can't even cancel online which is so obstructive.

Actually the last I completed was 'How Asia works' which is about the economies of asia and their evolution .. kinda economic history / factual. But you've reminded me I need to clean up my kindle collection - and make time for reading, as I have plenty of good titles to read!
Honestly... can't remember the last book (I'. Have such a kindle backlog. I read far more short-form/news articles etc than books. But my favourites? Well an old one but the millenium triology/steig larsson (girl with the dragon tattoo etc) is a favourite.
