Rayman Legends is the soundtrack to beat for the series. That being said, Rayman 2: The Great Escape also has a lot of great songs. Also worth mentioning that Rayman in the Phantom Show (Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope DLC) has some nice songs too.
