This is a study of Efstatios Zouros who founded the Zouros Taverna where my family and I spent many happy hours and ate and drank like Greeks. This is why we bought a house in Greece. Grandad Zouros was an extraordinary man, and I along with many of our friends, were delighted to have known him.
