I hear you. Not sure you are looking for solutions... I was really run down last year. I described it to my family doctor as "I'm more tired than my usual mom of young kiddos, working full time exhausted"- found out my vit d was low. Supplement, now I feel like a typical exhausted parent working FT.

It was miserable. Typical tired has been a significant improvement.
