Well, either the Feds are overreaching wildly or somebody's lying. Or both.
The indictment says some usernames/passwords were shared with Burke by an unnamed co-conspirator. Not just a stream URL. If that is the premise the FBI is operating on, then I can see how they are justifying it. The CFAA is insanely broad. Sharing your Netflix login is technically a federal crime!
