Got “minutes” stuck in my head as her lower case T always has the cross floating above the rest of the letter. And the last two letters looks like ‘es’. It makes sense but just can’t see it as thanks. She was very old ailing by this time.

It think the ending is very much a “ks”, and the cross might be from the first letter ‘t’? And that the a and the n look similar in the middle is also not uncommon if you leave the top of the a open. Anyway, good luck! And have a lovely weekend!
