From what I have seen it doesn't do incremental changes on the same image, I have heard of companies firing artists & hire ai prompters only for them to realise the AI can't deal with small incremental changes leading to them having to rehire artists. & from a compsci perspective it already peaked
Try pretending you are an art director and request small changes to the exact same picture and see what happens. Will it just remove the trees but keep the picture the same? Or will it make up an entirely new different but similar picture now without trees?
Capitalism is all about short term pofits, long term isn't thought about in 99% of cases. Institutional knowledge isn't thought about. It's all about make number go up
It is not just AI. The game industry had record years, now it is going back to normal, but that would make the line go down too much, so jobs are cut to keep the numbers looking good for Investors. It's about how the last financial quarter or year looks in comparison to now.
