The thing is that he's really just an id; every "polite" or "moderate" conservative you know feels exactly like this but has more of an ability to pretend they don't. Conservatives are less "people" and more "orcs"
That's an insult to orcs.
"Good" Republicans just don't want all the bad stuff said out loud or done so brazenly. In the end they still want it!
