i have gotten myself out of the house to do things like pick up my meds because at Walgreens there will be a little treat, a lego minifig for preference but a reasonably fancy chocolate bar if they're sold out, and their store brand Wasabi pea and soy sauce nut mix because delicious protein.

they only sell it in individual bags and I keep them around because even when I'm very disinterested in food it's so tasty and zero effort that I can get enough calories to make my brain start working again enough to make a real meal possible again.
