By “lights” I mean most the light in my room comes from birdcages filled with wire fairy lights. I made them a while back for a party client, and I really like how gentle the light is. Also I have fake candles in my bookcases that also are timers.

I have most of our house set up with lights I can control with Apple home, so when I say, “bedtime,” for example, the alarm sets to night mode and all the lights and overhead fans go off.
