As an Oasis vet, that's a big concern, but I dearly want to be in an open environment. Was reading about this method more in detail just today.

the nice thing is you can download any reader app you want. people seem to like KOReader and Moon+ Reader, but i want my books to be in the big "library" UI pane, not stuck in the apps pane. but as a reader, the boox integrated reader is far far better than kindle IMO
