Oh boy, a 3:5 blue flag with a border of white stars along the bottom, right, and top side. Starting at the left border is a rainbow of equal thickness red, orange, yellow, green, aquamarine, dark purple,vand light purple. All these colours have white beams shooting out of them which all converge around the belt area of this brown circle in the right half of the flag. The circle has a thick white vertical band and seven thin horizontal bands which terminate in circles around the poles. It's busy and bizarre but I like it

The second one exists because it's creator was a German boat captain during the Nazi era but didn't want to fly their flag. He tried to renounce his citizenship and declare himself a citizen of the world. You can imagine how well this went over with the various port authorities he dealt with
