Made a small tutorial for when you need to scan originals bigger than you scanner bed, it works pretty well. It's a simple trick, but I know some people struggle with that.

i used to use photoshop's photomerge at times but that can fuck up in the most unexpected ways

It's been ages since I've tried it, but a neat trick Photoshop used to do is that when you use the ruler to trace a line from one guide to the other and then rotate the image, the angle value that you measured is automagically input into the Image Rotation dialog box.

You know, working digitally, I basiclaly never do double spreadpages. because I worry about the foggy printing aspect and how it's supposed to work in the middle.
