Related: District Taco opens at 8:00 and I bet if they partnered with an espresso cafe pop up they could fill an otherwise empty restaurant every morning with the WFH crowd. So many laptops at Swings and not a single breakfast taco to be found!

What about the taco truck that sometimes parks by Simpson field? Can someone convince them to do breakfast a couple days a week?
