I also really want to be able to randomize Following occasionally, or sort it by likes/RTs from various people/tags, or just have it show me only posts I haven't seen (interacted with or scrolled past) before.

Not a full-on algorithmic timeline! But as someone who RTs in bursts, sometimes I want to see someone's RT burst and sometimes I don't! Would also be nice if RT'ed posts included the number of people I follow who RT'ed it. Doesn't need to be ranked differently, I just want to know!
