These people don't have the imagination to see the harm of their actions. I.e. these people can't solve problems, only create them.

This is base stupidity. Any other statement can only be less stupid than this. This stupidity is composed entirely of quarks, and has no subdivision. Every other stupidity stands on it's elemental shoulders.
