nowadays i like being a little more true to the characters so id really like to write a fic where theyre like in their 40s or 50s and after aang dies katara grieves for a while and then is ready to move on. zuko and mai probably got divorced or something so he'd (1/2)

reconnect with katara later at some point. id probably have to create an AU where aang dies earlier cuz apparently he died much later than that and as a dedicated zutara shipper i have absolutely no respect for canon now
