It’s the difference between the function of art as a vehicle to express ideas, emotion, experience, perspective, etc, vs art as filler with no other function but aesthetic. Some people truly do not feel anything when they experience art, and will never understand why prompting isn’t creativity.

Not every artist feels something deep when creating art, not all art has creativity placed into it when made by people I think when most people say "creativity" what they really mean is the amount of effort put into the art And if thats how we define art, were leaving out a large amount of artists
