If you are in the Bay, mom and pop store called Jang Tu in Sunnyvale serves it. Mostly a desi strip mall (try Komala Vilas for ridiculous pongal and upma, Madurai biryani if you can handle chili and India Cash and Carry has delicious chai, paratha and Punjabi veg food) but Jang Tu is there too.
