Fair, it's not shocking if you watched ACS for the last couple of decades. But to admit the dereliction of duty was quasi-intentional? Definitely carries a lesson for all of us about the dangers of tunnel vision.

I'm inclined to say it's not dereliction of duty because ACS is not a left organization. It is the liberal legal establishment's answer to FedSoc. One reason its so ineffectual is that most of the elite bar already serves the functions it's supposed to.
