Just had a meeting with an academic outside of my supervision team for the PhD, and wow, has it made a difference. Just a fresh set of eyes and a new perspective has helped so much click into place.

This whole ULEZ thing needs a shake up. After the big push in the 2010s to get people using diesel though low taxation and low CO2 emissions, there are a LOT of drivers with non ULEZ compliant cars, and funnily enough we won't get shit for them if we try and sell them to get something newer. 🙃
It's a good thing I stocked up on peaches and canoes, because you never know when you might need to leave the country at a moments notice.
