I'd love for this to become the public safety litmus test to challenge SCOTUS overturning the Chevron doctrine. BH can claim they are 'harmed' by inspections to get a judge to overrule food safety enforcement. We need a huge public outcry to enforce regulatory authority back in the hands of experts
