the evidence that voters care about judiciary hardball is pretty weak but I have to think it’s a lot more likely they do if you campaign on it instead of just doing it

I mean even if we do a blowout blue wave this election we will only hold on to the Senate by the skin of our teeth with Tester getting us over the hump in 24 ( I mean if it’s a Tsunami maybe Allred?) If some discussions can be put off for 76+ days to make it smoother we should do that

Plus, Biden already made it a plank, and I'm pretty sure I remember Kamala noting that was being kept in the transition. It's not in the stump speech, and you probably won't see any campaign ads, but if Biden the Institutionalist is down for it, I think the limiters are basically off w/in the party
