Maybe don't let insurance companies decide what's best for patients. Or better yet, imprison insurance company leadership for profiteering off the backs of the sick, injured, and dying. If you work for an insurance company you are a leech and scumbag deserving every misfortune life throws at you
Sure, and they tell you "paperwork was not properly filed" but they don't tell the doctor's office or what was done wrong. It's all malicious compliance with insurance.
