Why would Marshall not want to preach his gammon gossip at the Spectator? Gove is a culture warrior so expect more Toby Young & Rod Liddle types moaning about what they can't say (tho they're subtly saying what they can't say in their articles) and whinging about 'The Left', Immigrants & Lawyers.
