No, it is the ideal way that game balance should work. Bungie’s done it before in D2. You can buff weak things to bring them in line with the strongest ones. Bringing down the strong ones is not as enjoyable. We’re 10 years into Destiny, so Bungie should lean more into the “power fantasy” premise.
