The Fed Soc judges have legislated from the bench so that only explicit quid pro quos count as bribery. That's bullshit. But it lets Harlan Crow bribe Thomas as long as Crow doesn't send Thomas a text message saying "now vote for the decision I want". Z Teachout is right, SCOTUS legalized bribes.
