The TL:DR on CADR is that it is the delivery rate of CLEAN air, not just the amount of air pumped out. So with a higher filter efficiency, you need less air for a given CADR. Conversely, even if the filter is not HEPA rated, you can get an acceptable CADR by moving more air.

Sadly HEPA will not help with VOCs from the mattress. You need an activated carbon filter and lots of fresh air.
