What makes me especially angry is that these problems are easy to fix. Make the first “unnecessary” abortion a fine and save the felony for abortions done after a doctor has previously been convicted multiple times by a jury. They won’t do this because juries would nullify their stupid laws.

I know a better one. Leave the choice to the woman and stop dictating her what she can and cannot do. Scrap these laws because they just don’t protect any life, especially not the life of the kids forcibly born.
