The best way to combat weed coming over the border is to LEGALIZE IT. Anyone who doesn't have that as the first plank, is full of shit. Any resources wasted on trying to stop a harmless ass weed are resources not spent on stopping harmful drugs. Anyone who doesn't say that is full of shit.
