I wonder how many ADHD ppl (including undiagnosed) self-medicate with caffeine & what are the health effects Caffeine is a terrible medication for ADHD & yet for decades I drank a pot a day & "joked" abt how I couldn't function without it Until my doctor ordered me to QUIT & I found out it was true

I’m one of them. The only thing that saved my ass was limiting the number of days I take it and some leftover from old prescriptions that I had forgotten to take. It’s so rough.
