soon enough wy finds the two with sh's hands in hj's undercut, hj's hands in sh's ass pockets as they make out shamelessly in wy's kitchen.

they talk, they drink, they make fun (lovingly) of wy's werewolf obsession and his poor bf san who probably has to deal with all sorts of weird new kinks and roleplay ideas from wy now.

but there was no wy. just sh standing there with a drink, looking like an absolute goddess. just indescribable. therefore i won't even try--

hj tries not to think abt that any more and grabs another drink, finds yh and talks to him for a bit before ys shows up and tells hj that wy is looking for her, currently waiting in the kitchen. hj rolls her eyes and heads to the kitchen.

but there was no way, right? there was no way wy was friends with this person, a person who's very much hj's type, without telling her abt it. right?!?!?

hj should've known this would happen. wy was a social butterfly. wy knew everyone. the fact that hj hasn't even considering the chance of wy knowing sh was crazy, but now here she is, staring at sh from the other side of the room as wy greets her like they've seen each other a million times before.

that would be weird. sh is just doing her job. and looking like an absolute angel doing so, reducing hj to a blubbering mess whenever they interacted.

then wy's party comes. hj plans to get drunk enough to have a good time even with wy's crazy friends but not so much that she starts rambling abt sh bc she knows wy would tease her abt “her crush” when it was definitely not a crush!!!!

hj is usually a pretty confident person. but sh makes her brain short-circuit. she tries to put out an incoherent excuse, pays, and leaves the store.

“i heard you bought a book from my colleague. couldn't wait until i was working again? i'm offended.” hj knows she's being dramatic but still feels the need to buy her the world to make up for betraying her like that. bc rlly, how could she. unbelievable.
